No Mobile Policy
A real focus for us as a school has been to ensure the very best climate for learning so that students are fully prepared for the lessons and eliminate distractions. Students of Brilliant Public School are not allowed to carry or use cell phones within the school.
To ensure that the policy is clear, we update our school website to reflect how the policy will be implemented.
- If a student is found to be in possession or use of a cell phone in the school, the cell phone will be confiscated, the student will be subjected to one day in school suspension. The parents will be called along with an apology letter in the school’s office, by the end of the day to collect the cellphone.
- In case the child repeats the mistake for the second time, in such case the student will be subjected to a week’s suspension along with a heavy penalty fee. The phone will then be kept in the school and will be returned, only before the Final Term.
Our goal is to create a safe environment, conducive to learning and free of all distractions that hinder the learning process.
